The Rolex Submariner is an iconic dive watch that originated in 1953. It was designed for professional divers and gained popularity due to its robust construction and water resistance. Over the years, it has undergone several updates, including the addition of a date function. The Submariner Date is characterized by its rotating bezel, luminescent hour markers, and robust Oyster case. This particular Model is a 5512 from 1968. What makes this piece remarkable is that it was purchased from it's original owner who kept all of the original papework from the purchase. Finding a one owner pieces is rare these days.
